This course introduces Grade XI Mechanical Engineering students to the fundamentals of engineering drawing, focusing on technical standards, drawing conventions, and interpretation of mechanical components. Students will learn to read and create 2D and 3D drawings using both manual techniques and CAD software (e.g., Solidwork, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 and Onshape).
Through hands-on activities and projects, students will develop the skills to visualize, design, and communicate mechanical ideas clearly and accurately—essential for success in manufacturing and design industries.
